PROPOSED STUDY

The Proposed Study module enabled me to explore the urban reality and reinvent it. In order to reinvent, I tested out projections in chosen locations both inside and out, so in a home, in the studios, outside the studio building and in a cellar. This then became an experiment where with the use of colours, blurring, duplicating and mirroring my urban images, I could start to achieve multiple projections instead of just the one. This allowed the idea of the work to become ephemeral, meaning I could project absolutely anywhere, on or through any kind of surface. Whilst exploring these elements of the work, reflections became the key aspect of my fine art practice. Reflecting into puddles and above them, showing the true nature of what you can achieve with using natures resources and technology combined.
